What are the film clips?
Film clips (or footages, videos, stock video clips etc) are video clips of landmarks, monuments, nature, sights, objects, people, animals, events etc. that can be used and reused for a variety of commercial and noncommercial purposes.

What does 'royalty-free' mean?
Royalty-free designates a license that provides for the unlimited use of a film clip in any media defined in the licensing terms. All our film clips are royalty-free and so do not require an individual license.

What sizes do your film clips come in?
Clips are available in excellent full broadcast PAL DVD quality (720x576, 29.97fps) and you can easily convert them in NTSC and others formats.

Where can I use your film clips?
You may use the clips each of which comes with exact description in or on videos, T.V. advertisements, school videos, web sites, multimedia presentations, broadcasting video, travel agencies promotion, entertainment and many other uses. You can use it even just for a fun to prepare your trips to destinations or remember your memories.

How long may I use the your film clips that I downloaded?
You can continue to use the video clips that you downloaded for as long as you want and wherever you want – there are no time or area limitations.

Can I use film clips that I download in work-for-hire?
Yes. You may use any video clip from us for a customer/client project. Please indicate to your client that they do not own and do not have the rights to sell the individual video clips.

If I modify a clip, can I claim copyright to that clip?
You may modify any clip and use it, however, you may not claim copyright to that clip. We continue to own all clips, whether or not they have been modified.

Can I sell the film clips that I download?
No, you may not sell the video clips that you have downloaded from us. You can use them in design projects, but you may not offer them for resale or distribution.

Can I sell templates that include your film clips?
No. It isn´t possible.

What is your refund policy?
We guarantee the quality of our content. Since we provide watermarked previews of all of our clips, we regret that we cannot provide refunds.

Does the film clip I download have a watermark on it?
No, in any case. Only demo clips have watermarks on them. The purchased clips come in large size and much better quality.

Royalty Free License Agreement

This is an agreement between you (Buyer or User) and Dr. Jiri Neubauer. By purchasing or using our fil clips, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. When purchasing clips, you will be granted a non exclusive and non transferable right to use them, these rights are limited by the terms of this agreement.

You May

1. Use, alter, or incorporate clips according to the guidelines described herein into any work (including broadcast, commercial, industrial, educational, and personal) that is created by YOU provided that work is not then sold or distributed as either a single clip or as part of any film clips and stock footages library, collection, set, or similar product.

You May Not

1. Use the clips in a defamatory, scandalous, illegal, misleading, or otherwise unlawful manner and use them in conjunction with pornographic material.
2. The use of any logo or trademark contained in the clips must be used in a manner permitted by the logo or trademark owner. This license does not grant you any right to use logos or trademarks.
3. Sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer our clips or a copy thereof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by you), to another person or company unless that person or company is also a licensee of this product.
4. Place these clips in, or build, a collection, archive, gallery, site, or any other type of project that would encourage visitors to download or save clips. You may not give permission to download the clips from your projects.

Warranty: We warrant that, when properly used, clips will be free from defects for a period of 30 (thirty) days following reception. We make no warranty of any kind regarding the quality or suitability of our clips for a particular purpose expressed or implied without limitation. Our only responsibility and liability under this warranty and this as your sole and exclusive remedy, is to replace or reimburse the cost of the purchase to you.Limitation of Liabilities: Under no circumstances, we will be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct or indirect damage or other damages including losses of any kind (or claim of loss from a third party) arising out of the use or inability to use our clips. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our employees, directors, partners and suppliers of clips) harmless against any damage or liability of any kind arising from any use of our clis other than the permitted uses described above. When purchasing and using our clips, you agree to respect international laws of copyright and the laws of the country in which you reside and use these images. Under certain laws, you have the obligation to mention credit for the artist and the agency. Miscellaneous: This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with international copyright laws and the laws of Czech Rep. Any and all claims shall be litigated in the city of Prague, in Czech Rep.
