- Gathering of information from the resort regarding status of all fees and various other facts.An estoppel certificate detailing critical unit information is obtained from resort management. A Review of all closing documents prior to signature .Notification of transfer.
- Disbursement of funds to management company at resort and any others.
This is a deeded property so a Warranty Deed will be prepared and signatures gathered. It will then be sent to the county where the resort is located for recording. After the newly recorded deed is returned it is forwarded to the Resort/Management Company along with the transfer fees. When the ownership transfer is complete you will be contacted by the Resort/Management Company. All you do is relax and start planning for the vacation of your dreams! |
