• with no inserts or penetration included

• wash instuctions included inside the vest
• this quitled shell is not bullet resistant--only with the the ballistic panels inserted
• used
• good condition
• these retail for $75
• still has the Dacron Hollofil 808 insulating fiber tag on the zipper--this vest may have not been worn
• well made
