What is the difference between "bread" and "wafers"? you ask. Bread is cut in squares and wafers are round thin pieces.
What is "unleavened"? you ask. The term unleavened breads can also refer to breads which are not prepared with leavening agents. These flatbreads holds special religious significance to Christianity. They are used in the Christan liturgy when Christians perform the Eucharist, a rite derived from the Last Supper when Jesus broke bread with his disciples during a Passover Seder.
