I will then consult the runes and may also consult the tarot or angel cards if further clarification is needed for your reading. The runes however, will be the main or only tool. So for that penny starting bid you may actually be getting a lot. And for a penny (and no shipping) what would you have to loose?

If I am unable to within that time I refund full purchase price, so that you may seek help elsewhere. The reason, any honest psychic will never claim to be able to get something 100% of the time. Though it is rare for me not to, at times spirit just doesn't seem to move me and I don't consider it fair or honest to make something up, instead I will be honest with you and tell you that I don't get anything and refund your money.
