My Final Wishes Organizer |
DESCRIPTION
For auction, an organizer where you can put all your final wishes for your family and friends. The Organizer has eight sections:
- Introduction
- Personal History
- Family Medical History
- Legal Documents
- Finances
- Burial Wishes
- Bequeathments
- Personal Messages
Each section begins with some introductory instructions. Many sections have preprinted forms that you can just fill out. Some sections give websites you can go to for more information, or in the case of Legal Documents, websites that will give you state specific information.
This is just an Organizer, it is not intended to give any legal or medical advice. You should discuss any legal documents with someone familiar with the laws of your state. This is meant to be a place where you can put down what you want others to do after you're gone. It also gives you a place to list where information that your survivors may need can be found, e.g. Legal Documents, Financial Institutions, Insurance Papers, etc.
CONDITION
This Organizer is put together with all new materials.
POLICIES
Shipping and Handling is as stated in the auction. If you wish to request Special Handling, i.e., Specific shipping container, specific packing material, or specific USPS rate (e.g. Priority), you MUST contact me for a new S/H fee before paying for the auction. I will not honor special requests after payment is complete. Insurance is included in the S/H fee. Total S/H cost in general is the cost of postage, insurance, packing material, and a couple of dollars added for cost of transporting item to the local Post Office (about a half gallon of gas). NOTE: If postage exceeds the cost of a flat rate Priority Box, I will ship it Flat Rate Priority, and the total S/H will be $14.00.
For International Buyers, please contact me before bidding, so you are aware of what your S/H fee will be. Media rate is not available for International shipping, so it will be significantly greater that that quoted in the auction. First Class International may be cheaper than Priority, so please contact me before paying, so I can give you the best S/H fee possible.
Our general policy is that all sales are final, as all items are sold in "as-is" condition. However, if a buyer does change their mind, and wishes to return an item, it must be returned, at buyer's expense, in the condition sold. We will refund the sale price, less S/H fees, and a 15% restocking fee.

A large quantity of textbooks are being loaded in anticipation of the next semester. Books are generally flat price, not auction, so check out my store for all your book needs. Books for auction are generally sets of books, such as Time-Life, or expensive, in demand, books. Thanks for looking, and good bidding.

I try to be as thorough as I can with my descriptions, but if there is a specific concern, please email me with your question, as I want you to be happy with everything I sell. I will leave feedback for all buyers, after the transaction has been completed, to include you leaving me feedback after the item arrives. This is how I know you received the item, and it arrived OK.
